Beginner Wheel 4 Day Workshop with Jessica Batson

Discover the joy of creating with clay in this 4-day beginner-friendly workshop led by Jessica Batson. Perfect for those new to ceramics, this class will guide you through foundational wheel-throwing techniques. Over the first two days, you’ll learn the essentials of centering, pulling, and shaping to create your own mugs and bowls. On the third day, you’ll focus on trimming, decorating, and perfecting your pieces. Finally, on the fourth day, you’ll experience the magic of glazing as you prepare your bisque ware for firing. Participants will also enjoy two complimentary open studio sessions for independent practice during the course. Designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of ceramics, this hands-on workshop provides a supportive and engaging environment for beginners to explore their creativity.
