Allison Wickey
President

Allison Wickey finds inspiration for her work all along the Gulf Coast, especially along the beautiful 30-A corridor. Originally from Belleville, IL, Allison attended the University of Missouri and went on to graduate with a major in Art from Columbia College in Chicago.

After 7 years of working as a Muralist and Faux Finish Artist in the St. Louis area, Allison moved to Santa Rosa Beach in 2007 and developed her Venetian Plaster on Wood technique. When not painting, she spends her time outdoors biking, paddle-boarding, enjoying the Emerald Coast with her two children and supporting the local art scene.

kELLY ANDERSON
Vice President

Kelly had her Santa Rosa Beach home built in 1999, she moved from Atlanta to become a full-time resident in 2005. After a career in finance, Kelly now works as a Broker Associate with 30A Local Properties, Inc., providing consultative real estate solutions to buyers and sellers along the Emerald Coast.  She earned her MBA from Emory University, and BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia. Kelly is proud to have served on the Board of the Cultural Arts Alliance of Walton County since 2014, and privileged to be among the few people who have attended each 30A Songwriter Festival beginning with the inaugural event in 2010.  She also volunteers with South Walton Turtle Watch, Volunteer Beach Ambassadors, and serves on the Walton County Tourist Development Council’s Destination Improvement Committee. Kelly and her husband take time to enjoy everything that comes with living at beach, including running, biking, and supporting the arts along 30A.

mimi gavigaN
Secretary

A native of Little Rock, Arkansas, Mimi Gavigan and her family moved to Santa Rosa Beach in 2014. She is a graduate of Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee. After working in investment banking and commercial insurance, Mimi transitioned out of the corporate workplace upon her move to the beach. She enjoys textile arts, including sewing, marbling, and dyeing and produces handbags and accessories for Mimi G Studio. In addition to her Board position with the Cultural Arts Alliance, Mimi also serves on the Outreach committee at Christ the King Episcopal Church and volunteers with area hurricane and poverty relief organizations.

Brian Salter
Treasurer

Brian Salter is a native of Jacksonville, FL and relocated to Northwest Florida in 2010 as part of a corporate relocation. After working in corporate finance and accounting for over 20 years, Brian recently opened his own CPA firm, saltercpallc.com, to be of service to others. Brian is a licensed certified public accountant and holds a BBA in accounting from Stetson University and an MBA from the University of North Florida.

In addition to pursuing his dream of starting his boutique CPA firm, Brian enjoys the outdoor lifestyle that South Walton offers. If not in the office you can often find Brian running the vast trails in the forest or swimming, paddle boarding or kayaking in the Gulf of Mexico.

Brian has served as treasurer for the Cultural Arts Alliance since 2014. Additionally, he serves as treasurer for Seaside Schools Inc., as treasurer for the Friends of the Coastal Branch Library and in the position of treasurer as a member of the Parish Council of Apostles by the Sea church. Brian resides in South Walton with his wife and their two sons.
