Charlotte Arnold graduated from California State University, Los Angeles with a BA in Art. She worked as an illustrator for several years before moving to Florida in 1983. She is a member of Oil Painters of America, Portrait Society of America and the American Impressionist Society. She is an Artist member of the Palette and Chisel Academy of Fine Art.
