About the Event
The stress, fear, and economic downturn due to the Pandemic, coupled with the isolation many felt , has led to skyrocketing deaths. This last year saw over 90,000 die as a result of opioid overdose. In this moderated panel discussion we will learn about the scope of the problem locally, hear the story of a Community member who has experienced heartbreak firsthand, and learn about what resources are available.
The panel includes Tia Guidry, Autumn McAllister, Josh Waddell and Laura Lee Sparks.
Moderator: Carolyn Zonia
