Chef James has been in the restaurant business for 37 years working along the Emerald Coast in restaurants from Pensacola to Fort Walton Beach until landing at Old Florida Fish House in 2005. He is currently at the new concept restaurant Shaka Sushi & Noodle Bar in Inlet Beach where the culinary team has created a menu that boasts righteous sushi rolls, sashimi and nigiri, small plates and entrees.
