VALENTINE TOUR OF HOMES

Valentine’s weekend typically means romantic dinners and flowers for most, but for Walton County residents and visitors alike, it also signals the highly anticipated annual Tour of Homes. The event is known for showcasing stunning interiors, architecturally acclaimed homes and picturesque settings bringing inspiration to tour goers’ winter weekend at the beach. Fall in love with some of Walton County’s most interesting homes while raising funds for the CAA’s Art For All program. The 2025 event is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 8 from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. and Sunday, Feb. 9 from 12 p.m. - 4 p.m. and features an extraordinary collection of homes located in Santa Rosa Beach, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, as well as residences in the New Urbanist town of SEASIDE®.

Valentine Tour of Homes

Saturday, Feb. 8 | 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Sunday, Feb 9 | 12 p.m. - 4 p.m.

Tour goers will bring their printed or digital ticket receipt (from your phone) to any of the homes. The ticket receipt will be scanned and redeemed for an official Tour ticket with the addresses listed for each home. Tour tickets allow you one-time access into all of the homes throughout the weekend. If you do not have your ticket, don't worry; we will be able to search your name. #1: Hilltop Haven

*Parking available at the Dune Allen Regional Beach Access: 5999 Hwy 30A. Tour goers are asked to follow signage to enter the home on the Dune Dr. side.

#2: Latitude Adjustment
629 Forest St., Seaside
*Tour goers are asked to utilize the parking spaces around Smolian Circle and Quincy Circle or take advantage of the Tour of Homes exclusive shuttle running from the Grayton Central Lot on Hwy 283 S. to Smolian Circle for all Seaside locations. Do not park on any residential streets, you may be ticketed. In the spirit of the new urbanist quality of a walkable community, we hope you enjoy your stroll and seeing the other amazing homes along your path between locations #2 and #3.
