Megan Patterson is a functional ceramicist from Tulsa, Oklahoma. In 2018 she received her BFA in Ceramics from Oklahoma State University. She has adamantly pursued a career in the arts since relocating to Santa Rosa Beach, Florida in 2019. Patterson currently serves as the Studio Director and Ceramics Instructor for J.Leon Gallery and Studio. Her first body of work, Gather, a ceramic and wood installation representing an intimate dining scene, continues to inspire her current work as she strives to use functional ceramics to promote sustainability.
