CAA Begins Call For 2023 Holiday Card Design

CALL TO ARTISTS

The Cultural Arts Alliance (CAA) of Walton County is calling artists who are current members of the CAA to submit designs for consideration as the featured artist for our 2023 Holiday Card. The CAA mails an annual Holiday Card to its members and community partners.

The submitted piece(s) must be 2D, original, aged or fresh and may utilize a variety of mediums, including digital. Submissions are suggested to fit horizontal orientation or may be subject to crop/trim to fit on the cover.

The selected submission and artist will be revealed at the Foster Gallery First Friday Fête on November 3, 2023 from 5 - 7 p.m. The art work may then be featured at the Foster Gallery, if it is no larger than 48" x 48," and printed cards will be sold there, as well.

The selected artist will receive a $250 stipend and 50% of all gross proceeds from the sale of the cards in the Foster Gallery and at the Flutterby Festival on Sunday, November 12, 2023.

Interested artists can review the guidelines and access the application online by clicking the button below. The submission deadline is October 13, 2023. You will need to set up an account with Submittable if you do not already have one. You only have to set up your account one time, but you will need to submit to artist calls individually.
